Create a table that contains unique characters as columns headers (ex. MWF into M, W and F columns)

Hi,

I have a dataset for delivery days that will contain all the days that accounts recieve delivery. Basically I need to create a visual that puts the column headers as the days of the week, while the values show the delivery volume in each day if that row contains multiple days.

Example: Need that 30.18 in the MR column to go into both M and R.

I also need to create a slicer 1-8 and if the call week string contains that value it shows the corresponding data. I assumed the solutions for the days could also work for the weeks which is why I included it. Thank you for the help!

I don't fully understand your demands, could you please describe your demands in more detail? And could you please provide some desensitized source data or screenshots of the source data?
