Create a query with values from one table copied down rows to match values from another

I have 2 tables and I am looking to have a query that will return a single table:

 

Name Type NameType
Name1 Type1 Name1Type1
Name2 Type2 Name1Type2
Name3 Type3 Name1Type3
    Name2Type1
    Name2Type2
    Name2Type3
    Name3Type1
    Name3Type2
    Name3Type3

 

Preferably the end refult table would also be updated when I refresh my 2 based tables
