I have a data set that includes one column: Table 1: Qty.

I would like to use DAX to create a new table that returns all the values from the original table, except that it should calculate the 0.95 percentile and replace all values that exceed that value by the 0.95 percentile
For example, in my dataset, the 0.95 percentile is as follows:
