Create a measure that acts like a column, from a PBI Online dataset

I need to concatenate a street number, street, postcode and country to form a Location field, which can be plotted on a map. I was able to do this using a Calculated Column when the data was availabe via OData, but now it's only available via a CSV file on OneDrive. I found I can create a Dataset from it to use in PBI Online or Desktop, but that means that I can't create calculated Columns.

So, how can I create a Measure which acts like the Location calculated column I used to have? So I can plot my records on a map and see how many there are at each location?

If you can also confirm whether I can add >1 dataset into the model, that would be great. At the moment it seems like I cannot.

Any other suggested ways of doing this are also welcome.

Edit: the report needs to be publicly available on PBI Online and refresh automatically at least once a day.

One option seems to be to get a sharing link and hack the OneDrive URL as explained here:

Then I can use the CSV file as a Web data source, and combine it with all sorts of other sources if I like. This gets around the other problem which is that it appears PBI only allows one Dataset per file (are you for real????).

Hi @microneer

Why not create a Power BI File using Power BI Desktop using your CSV file as a source.  You will be able to create your calculated column in this case.

Because the report needs to be publicly available on PBI Online, I will try to edit the question to explain that.
