Create a decomposition tree using an Index Column?

Hi, I am looking for a way to create a decomposition-tree visual using this index column:

The index shows "steps"/event triggers for each session

I know the visual only allows columns as different steps, so I tried pivoting the 'Final Index' column:

Apparently, the index is not the only thing that differs for each row, hence I got this result after pivoting the column. Also, it's not that convenient to have 35 new columns after pivoting the index column

Optionally: is there any other visual which can do this?

Did you find the answer? Because I want to do the same thing.
