Create a Report in page format

My data fields do not lend themselves to charts and graphs. I want to construct a result set as a Text Base field of related tables as in an Access Input Form/Report. Can this be done, and if so how?

You can create Text based tables but tables are not interactive between one another, you would have to leverage slicers as well.

In Power BI, you can create a calculated column which concatenates all data fields together. But to filter data and slice data between visuals, you have to use slicers.
