I have a matrix with a measure of growth rate per store and section, what I need is a measure that will count me as long as the values in the cells are positive values like this in the image

In the columns i have de periods , with the mesure show me all the periods
@mrbajana whatever table column you are using in the matrix visual column, put that in the following measure:
Measure =
SUMX ( VALUES ( Table[Column] ), IF ( [Measure You are using for %] > 0, 1, 0 ) )
