Hi,
I am guessing that this is a simple request, but I can't figure this out, as I always seem to struggle when my query crosses multiple tables.
I have multiple tables with relationships, however from 2 of these tables I need to convert the 'surname' into the a 'forename surname' format, so I can get relationships working.
[Employees]
Last Name
First Name
First and Last Name
[Learning Hours]
Last Name
Hours
Course
Date
I need to get the sum of the hours added as a calculated column into the [Employees] table

I have resolved my own issue....
Basically, I could not create a relationship, as the last names were not all unique.
I used Concatenate to join the first name and last name and then created a relationship between the two tables
Summary metrics Name = CONCATENATE(CONCATENATE('Learning Hours'[First Name], " "), 'Learning Hours'[Last Name])
