Create Table to compare business units with different starting points

Hey guys, i have got a little Problem, and no real idea how to start. So i thought i drop a question here.

Problem:

We want to analyse the performance of business units that we opened during the last 2 years and compare the success to prior openings. As these Business Units start at different times, i would like to assign the following logic to get a comparison.

Performance(BU1) in t = 1 to t=24

Performance(BU2) in t= 1 to t=24.

Since BU1 starts at a different date than BU2,  i guess, i have to do summarzie the values and assign each value to the "pseudo" time in a new table, or assign the pesudeo time variables as 24 new columns to the values in at least one value table (other value tables are connected via datetable).

However im not really sure how to start. I know that i can get the starting point by usage of Firstnonblank evaluated over the date table, but actually im little lost how to perform such transformation to my data model.

Is there any recommendation to how to assign the pesudo values to the starting points, and (more important) relate other data tabels (customer walk in, personal costs etc.) to that new created table ?

I hope i made my self a little clear. However if there are questions, dont hesitate to ask.
