Create SCSM Dashboard with SLA


Hi,

I have connected with Service Manager analaysis services cubes, now i need to create dashboad with following information.

 

Please guide me how to i go about develoment, from where and which filed should i have to select. pls guide as i m new to this.

 

Ticket ID | Ticket Title | Created Date | Affected User | Priority | Catagory | Support Group | Ticket Source | Resolve By Date | Ticket Status | Resolved Date | Closed Date | Resolved By User | SLA Status | Time for Resolution (Hrs)
