Create DAX - Virtual Table - Two Table without relationship

I need creat a measure with a Virtual Table. Below is the example. How can i do this?

Hey @PietroFarias,

if you have your relationships in place you can create a virtual table with ADDCOLUMNS and Related

ADDCOLUMNS ( fDespesas, "Year", related(dCalendario), "DFilial", related(dFilial))
