Create 8hr Time Band

I am having trouble figuring out the correct formula to create a calculated column to highlight an 8hr band window in which someone would be categorized under. The employee + hour login is provided. The goal is to put them into 8hr band windows. 

 

Any guidance will be greatly appreicated!

 

Please see below for example. 

 

EmployeeHour Login8Hr Band
Karen9:00am9:00am - 4:00pm
Amanda5:00pm5:00pm - 12:00am
Grace1:00am1:00am - 8:00am
Linda12:00pm9:00am - 4:00pm

Do you have pre-determined bands that are always the same? If so, you can use the SWITCH() function to create a calculated column. Here are some details / examples:

Do you have pre-determined bands that are always the same? If so, you can use the SWITCH() function to create a calculated column. Here are some details / examples:
