I have two tables . in these 2 tables i have this column which is linked to another
table1 table2
%ClaimRegister_ClaimsPaid %ClaimRegister_ClaimsPaid
NET-2008-1/1 NET-2008-1/1
NET-2008-1/2 NET-2008-1/2
NET-2008-100/2 NET-2008-100/2
NET-2008-100/3 NET-2008-100/3
NET-2008-101/1 NET-2008-101/1
so i have these 2 columns in 2 tables .. when i create realtionship between those tables bases on this key this shows an error
"this relationship has cardinality many-many. this should only be used if it is expected that nerither column (%ClaimRegister_ClaimsPaid and %ClaimRegister_ClaimsPaid ) contains unique values , and that the signinficalety difffernet behaviour of many - many relationship is understood

If both two columns doesn't have unique value, you can only build many-to-many relationship. However, it seems the two columns are same in the sample data you give, if possible, please share the complete sample data and give the expected result you want to achieve.

That is not really an error as many-to-many is supported. It is more of a warning as to whether you really know what you are doing or not. Just means that you have duplicate values in those columns.
