Counting the change of Promised delivery date based on two criteria

Hello everybody,

please I need your help again.

I have table which looks like:

Table Change promised delivery date.JPG

What I need is a function which helps me to determine the change of promised delivery date based on "Doc No" and "Article".

In the end the solution could look like:

Solution 1.JPG

or like that:

Solution 2.JPG

I don´t know which solution is the best one for me, because I don´t how to exactly I am going use it in report.

I am thankfull for every help I can get.

If you need further information or I need to explain more, please say something...

THANK YOU!!!

@Anonymous add following measure, change column name and table name as per your data model.

Change of Promised Delivery Date =
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS( 'Table' ),
    FILTER(
        ALLEXCEPT( 'Table', 'Table'[Article], 'Table'[Doc No] ),
        'Table'[Promised Delivery Date] < MAX( 'Table'[Promised Delivery Date] )
    )
)

And here is the output
