Counting the amount of emails under a certain category.

Hi Guys,

We've recently started using Power BI and I've connected my own email as a data source and now I'm wondering If there's a way of counting how many emails I've put into individual categories?

Any help would be appreciated!

You could use the following steps:

Step 1,connect to exchange:

Step 2，upload the table named:Mail, and form the column  "Folder Path",you could find the category  you set:

@Anonymous , do you have some category column, to check that.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
