Counting letters returns a blank in card

Hi,

I was given data with "X" and blanks. Easy enough to do below.

Spring Projection Must = CALCULATE(CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Spring 2020 PBI'),'Spring 2020 PBI'[Projection]="X"))

I created a card, and if the calculation has blanks, I get BLANK in my card. Makes sense, but I want to get a zero. I can't figure out how to adjust this without messing with everything else (I'm suing the above in a few tables). It's the card. I tried using "val" but get errors. I'll keep hunting but wanted to ask someone. Thank you.
