I would like to count the number of "No Show No Message" but only if "Show" doesnt exist for that user (for a selected period)
So the result of my measure would be: 2
( The 2 "No Show No Message" from Klaas, Jan isnt counted because he has an "Show"

You can create measure like DAX below.
Measure1= CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[CM]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Table1), Table1[Naam] =MAX(Table1[Naam])&&Table1[CM]= "No Show No Message"))

But how do you account for the "Show" and the user(Naam)
I any user(naam) has a "show" doesnt somewhere in the selected period the "No Show No message" should not count
