Hi everyone,
I have employee leave data and want to make a visual or table that shows the number of days for each leave type monthly.
This is an exmple of the data:
ID | Absence Type | Start Date | End Date |
1440 | Unpaid Leave | 2019-01-22 | 2019-02-05 |
11043 | Unpaid Leave | 2019-01-23 | 2019-01-24 |
1387 | Unpaid Leave | 2019-01-24 | 2019-03-02 |
9312 | Annual Leave | 2019-02-23 | 2019-02-24 |
3076 | Sick Leave | 2019-04-26 | 2019-05-26 |
1737 | Annual Leave | 2019-08-24 | 2019-08-31 |
and the result would be something like this:
Year | Month | Unpaid Leave | Annual Leave | Sick Leave |
2019 | Jan | 17 | ||
2019 | Feb | 33 | 1 | |
2019 | Mar | 2 | ||
2019 | Apr | 4 | ||
2019 | May | 26 | ||
2019 | Jun | |||
2019 | Jul | |||
2019 | Aug | 6 |
If the month doesn't have data it can shown or not, not neccessery.
Thank you.
