Count row with 100% value only

Hi, 

Can anyone help me please...

 

Try to count 

 1. List with 100% value

 2. Expected value = 8 

 

BUT i got 83

still the same after using below DAX

_count100% =
VAR _pcnt = DATA[% (B/A)]
CALCULATE(COUNT(table[LIST]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Table[LIST]),_pcnt = 1))

I would use the below DAX.

_count100% =
VAR _pcnt = DATA[% (B/A)]
CALCULATE(COUNT(table[LIST]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Table[LIST]),_pcnt = 1))
