I have a dashboard showing service calls per week. this table is separating them and counting them by their reason for the call. most of the time the reason is not entered until the service call is performed and marked complete. how can i only count reasons that have a completed date ? ( I want to make a measure )
I have attached screen shots of the 2 columns from the raw data to show the compluns im using.
I have also attached the table to show what i am currently getting. ( i do not want the blank row at the top to be counted)
