Count product with increased market share YoY with specific customer group

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to solve this for days now but unfortunately have not been able to find a solution yet. I want to count all products where I have increased my market share with a specific customer group.

I have multiple customers [Customer] that belong to the same customer group [Customer Group]. The groups are specified in a column in the source table. The source table also includes the name of the product [Product], my market share in the current year [MS CY] and my market share in the previous year [MS PY] with the specific customer [Customer].

I have created a measure that calculates my market share YoY [Market Share Delta in pp] with the specific customer.

I am now trying to have a card visual that displays the number of products with [Market Share Delta]>0

I have tried a visual with [Product} as value (set to count distinct), which is filtered by [Market Share Delta} is greater than 0. However, for some reason I cannot filter the visual with the measure. So I have gone forward and created a column that calculates the market share YoY. When I filter it by that, it still gives me 71 instead of 24.

I tried to use a measure for it as well, with the following DAX formula:

MS increased =COUNTAX(Table,[Market Share Delta in pp]<0, however, this gives me values above 6k.

All values are filtered by slicers [Customer Group] , [Year] and [Country] on Page 1 that are synched with all other pages.
Does anyone have an idea on what I am doing wrong? Any help is very appreciated.

@crustyoreo ,

This issue should be related to the table structure and table relationship in your report. Could you share some sample data(dummy data) for further analysis?
