Count of category

Hi,

I have created table to count WO Assignee Group ticket. The data was taken from different tab sheet in excel.

I managed to count total ticket for "Previous Ticket" table using the following measure:

Previous Ticket = COUNT('Previous WO Raw Data for Ageing'[WO Assignee Group])

but not success for Latest Ticket table using the following measure:

Latest Ticket= COUNT('Latest WO Raw Data for Ageing'[WO Assignee Group])

it looks like the number of tickets count for each group is the same

Anyone can help me what is wrong?

Hi @Zaky

As tested, if "Previous WO Raw Data for Ageing" table and "Latest WO Raw Data for Ageing" table have no relationship, it shows all the same value for "Latest Ticket" measure,

To solve this, i create relationship between two tables with "many" to "many" relationships.

(as there are duplicates in 'Previous WO Raw Data for Ageing'[WO Assignee Group] and 'Latest WO Raw Data for Ageing'[WO Assignee Group] )

If you have any problem, please let me know.
