Count of Activities (Owner and Optional)

Hello, I would like to know how many activities do a user in Dynamics 365 CRM. But I want to know the own he creates, but also the users that attend like an optional. CRM has a view that is My activities, that include those ones.

I know that the column is ActivityParty.ParticipationTypeMask and the options 6 and 9.  But I don't know how to link and show the count of activities.
  Best Regards,  Juan
