Count number of unique student IDs between 2 dates by month

Hi guys, 

I need to write a measure to count the number of unique student IDs between the start date and the end date by month. For example: If a student starts in April and ends in May, that student need to be counted as 1 in both April and May.

I've tried several ways but none of them actually worked T.T

Column = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[id]),FILTER('Table',MONTH('Table'[start date])='month'[month]||MONTH('Table'[end date])='month'[month]))
