Count number of events in the current Month

Hi Experts

I am trying to work out the number of events that have taken place this current month.   The following measure is not giving me the rightr answer

From last 30 days = 
VAR x = CALCULATE(
            COUNTROWS('Table1') , 
            FILTER(
                ALL('Table1'[Date Created]),
                'Table1'[Date Created] >= TODAY() - 30
                )
            )
RETURN IF(x > 0, x, 0)
