Count number of distinct combinations in a hierarchy

Hi all!

I need help how to make a count of unique/distinct combinations in a hierarchy.

Data example:

Project ID	Language Source	Language Target	Activity	Workflow Combination
1	Danish	Swedish	Translation	Standard
1	Danish	Swedish	Translation	Interpretation
1	Danish	Swedish	Translation	VoiceOver
2	Danish	Swedish	Translation	Standard
2	Danish	Swedish	Translation	VoiceOver
3	Danish	Norwegian	Validation	Validation
3	Danish	Norwegian	Validation	Validation Implementation
3	Danish	Norwegian	Validation	Validation Review
4	Danish	Norwegian	Translation	Standard
4	Danish	Norwegian	Translation	Interpretation
5	German	Norwegian	Translation	Standard
5	German	Norwegian	Translation	Interpretation
5	German	Norwegian	Translation	VoiceOver

We have a big data set where we would like to count the distinct/unique number of "Workflow Combinations" in Projects.

Example from the table above:

For Danish as Source Language,  Standard+Interpretaton+VoiceOver is 1 unique combination (There will be a lot of projects with the same combination)

We would like to see the Combination count Per Source Language, then per Target Language, and then per Activity.

Just like you would see in a hierarchy. How would I do that?
