Count ip address between 2 dates columns

Hello guys,

I want to calculate the count of ip address  which is repeated between 2 dates columns I means if 10.10.177.153 is an ip address how much time it is repeated  between creation date column and creation date  before 90 days ..column 

Plz.help how to do this..
