I have date where i have applied Bin for 10 minutes ,I am able to see data is grouped by every 10 minutes,i wanted to consider only last 3/4 weeks bins .
i wanted to display a table with only count 8

You may try to add a weeknum column.Then create the count measure as below:
Weeknum = WEEKNUM('Actual data'[date],1)
Count = CALCULATE ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Actual data'[date (bins)] ), FILTER ( 'Actual data', 'Actual data'[Weeknum] <= WEEKNUM ( NOW (), 1 ) && 'Actual data'[Weeknum] >= WEEKNUM ( NOW (), 1 ) - 2 ) )
