Count duplicate values across multiple columns

Hi Guys,

I have some survey data across lots of columns. The answers are your typical  satisfied, not satisified, very satisfied. I want to count the number of each answer across the whole table. Then I'll be able to slice that by position, department etc 

Is there a DAX formula for this ?
