Count blanks on 2 measures of the matrix

Hi

I have a matrix grouped by "Distribuidor" and "Anunciante".  The values for this matrix are "Facturado" and "Facturado LY" Facturado is the sum of "valor fact" which is on the GmediaBI_Encomendas table. "facturado LY" is the same field but calculated last year. (The shema of tables  is below)

I have to make a formula which is the percentage of count blanks of "Facturado" and the percentage of countblanks  of "Facturado LY". I mean, I have to count blanks on 2 measures of the matrix . Do you know how can I do this?

You may try to use COUNTAX Function to create the measure for it.

Sample pbix file and expected output would help tremendously.
