I am beginner at Power BI and I'm trying to group my data by "Opp title" and count the number of rows of dates:

Please try something like the following:
= Table.Group(#"Changed Type", {"Opp title"}, {{"CountRows", each Table.RowCount(_), type number
You will probably want to use the Group By in the ribbon; Transform -> Group By -> Window as shown below as I do not know the steps that have been applied to your dataset. (e.g. #"Changed Type" is the last step in my sample dataset.)
It is not necessary to count specificially dates any row count will do.
