I'm in need of some assistance and hope that I can explain my challenge. Below is an example of my table (labeled Dataset) which I am trying to get the running sum each month. Based on my Dataset table I would like to show the count in the Running Sum column.

what's the logic of calculation?
it looks like we have 3 project in may, why your result is 2?
why we dont have any project created in Apr? it looks like at least 3 . btw, don't know the meaning of project blue.
how to define a project is closed? i only see one closed in May, why your result is larger than 1?
