Count Of employee Over date

I have one user table 
I need thsi supervisor hwo many employee so I created this measure

#CountSR= CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(User[SR_ID])
When I am putting date in column from date table Then I am nto getting count
If that supervisor has 30 Salesman then I need all date 30,30,30 to shwo liek that  

Supervisor01-Aug02-Aug03-Aug04-Aug
Sup-A30 staff303030
Sup-B20202020
Sup-C40404040
