Count, Filter for multiple columns

I am working on a measure, I am not getting my count value. Instead I am getting blank. 

 

The requirement is to get the count of combined result of -  red is no and available is blank

 

# color and availability = (calculate(COUNTROWS(filter(table1,tavle1[red] = "no" && table1[available] = "blank()"))))
 
please help me
