Count Events that are consecutively over a certain total time

I would like to know "how many visits to a location are over say 3 minutes" because that will say the person is definently there... I have a large table to sensors that tell where a person is, but need to count the total time for each location and then if( function and count function to see how many times a day a person is say "in the bathroom."

here's the PBIX file...

I can count if each sensor lasts longer than 3 minutes, but want to count if the consecutive events are larger than 3 or 5 minutes.

the hallway here would be the sum of the total duration for that time.  Maybe the date axis is then the min time for each segment of locations?

so hallway below would be counted as 4 times this day in this picture.  (I'm binning by 15 min increments, so might have missed others that are within the 15 min segments, just using this for explanactino purposes)
