Count By Category

Dear All,

I am facing an issue. I am trying to count the number of access by each resource id. But I am not getting the correct count. The formula I am using is as below:

Resource Access Count = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(VIEW_SCOREINFO_ALL[Index]),ALLEXCEPT(VIEW_SCOREINFO_ALL,VIEW_SCOREINFO_ALL[ResourceId]))

The resource access count is actualy on 3, but using the above formula its showing 10. Please help me, if there is any other formula.

Index is just a id by order in the table. Each different row has a different index.

Thank You,

I have added the image for the formula and the table.
