Couldn't load the schema for the database model

Hello. If I try to direct query to a Oracle DB, I always get this error. Does anyone have any idea how to fix?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Please answer on below questions:

1. Are you able to connect to Oracle DB via any database management tool like Database browser, SQL Developer etc.?

2. How much memory (RAM) are consuming by your report during refresh. Check it via Windows Resource Monitor. See details - https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-use-resource-monitor-windows-7

3. Which version of Oracle DB you have? There are 12 and above which are under support for Direct Query - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-directquery-data-sources

4. Provide screenshots on how you receive an error.
