Couldn't connect to SharePoint online list

Hi Samwarit21,

It seems that your sharepoint site is not accessible to connect. Please check in local whether you can connect it or not?

If so, then use Sharepoint online connector to connect your source and provided the credentials. If the login windows doesn't appear, then it must be access to the sharepoint site.

I used a Power BI service to connect to the SharePoint.it didn't work when I use Power BI desktop.

If I understand your scenario correctly that you have problems when you get data in SharePoint Oline List in Power BI Desktop?

If it is, by my test with the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.67.5404.981), I could connect with SharePoint online list successfully.

Please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop, if not, please update it.

In addition, please check if you have enter the correct url.

If your url is correct and you still have problems, please check if you have the permission under your data source setting.

If you have the sharepoint online list permission under data source setting , please delete it and then connect the sharepoint online list again.

If you still need help, please share your steps so that we could help further on it.
