I have a Poerw BI Report that is feeded by an excel file.
Could I know the last refresh date of the data?

It seems that there is no option to see the refresh date in the report.
Actually, the refresh only refresh the dataset.
Additionally, you could vote this similar idea here which has been submitted in Power BI ideas forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

You could see the last refresh history in Power BI Service Settings.
1. Login Power BI Service and select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Power BI service, then select Settings.
2. The Settings page appears, where you can select the dataset for which you want to adjust the frequency. On that page, select the Datasets tab along the top.

In addition, you could have a reference of Data Refresh.
