Copy rows with same ID

I am pretty new at powerBI 

Can someone help me solve this problem i would like to copy the type and sintie with the same formulierID.

FormulierID	volg_nr	Naam	Type	Date	Sintie
78	1	joep	regulier	3-jan	wada
78	2	jaap	null	3-jan	null
78	3	joop	null	3-jan	null
83	4	tim	regulier	6-jan	woll
84	1	bert	politie	3-jan	wazaa
85	1	bowie	regulier	8-jan	hah
85	2	aaa	null	8-jan	null

This is how it should look like

FormulierID	volg_nr	Naam	Type	Date	Sintie
78	1	joep	regulier	3-jan	wada

Try these calculated columns

I assume null means BLANK

Type New =
CALCULATE (
    FIRSTNONBLANK ( Table1[Type], 1 ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( Table1, Table1[FormulierID] )
)

Sintie New =
CALCULATE (
    FIRSTNONBLANK ( Table1[Sintie], 1 ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( Table1, Table1[FormulierID] )
)
