Converting xml data of a column to text

I'm trying to create a report using power bi using sql server data and some of the columns documnts converted to xml and in my report I want to reconvert into text and show the data. Can you please help me with this.

You can try to use “Parse to xml” in the query editor.1-1.PNG

I am facing the same problem. I parsed into XML but the column starts to show error & the tables don't have valuable information.
