Converting passing minutes to a date.

My question can look a bit weird.
Im using data that was pulled from the Priority system.
The date type in Priority is calculated by the sum of passing minutes since 01/01/1988.
So i ended up having a date column with whole number values. Each value (date) is the number of minutes passed since 01/01/1988.
Is there any way i can convert the column to a standard date type?

Thanks in advance!

@Anonymous Please try adding new column as below:

NewDate = MinutesAdd[Date]+MinutesAdd[Minutes]/1440
