I have a column named [Average Handle Time]. The data here is in date/time format hh:mm:ss. What I want to do is take a time like 00:22:17 and convert it to minutes and seconds as a decimal. So this turns in to 22.28. I have used the built in modeling functions, but I want it to be recognized as a number and not text. Any help is appreciated.
