Converting formula from Qlik to Power BI

Hello All,

Please help me in converting the below formula from Qlik to Power BI.
Qlik Formula = Sum(IF(AGGR($(vRTR%),FS_TEAM, [FS_Trans_DT.autoCalendar.YearMonth]) >= aggr([Sales.Target],FS_TEAM, [FS_Trans_DT.autoCalendar.YearMonth])
Where the RTR = column1/column2 (percentage is derived from the RTR% variable)
FS_Team = a column from table 1

FS_Trans_dt = a column from table 1
Sales.Target = a column from table 2 filtered on a particular element called ABC

Thanksyou and appreciate your help in advance.

Regards,

Shantanu
