Converting OBIEE reports to Power BI Report Builder

I am converting OBIEE reports to Power BI Report Builder reports. OBIEE has a feature called Event Trigger. The before trigger fires before the dataset is queried and in this case it is populating the table that its reporting on. Then it has an after trigger which deletes the same data from the table it just reported on. Is there anyway to do this in Power BI Report Builder? I have know SSRS had a one single transaction check box in the datasource. So technically you could put the insert into the 1st dataset, 2nd dataset contains the actual query, and the 3rd dataset deletes the data. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm sorry I don't quite understand what your needs are? Are you asking if Power BI Report Builder can implement Event Trigger functionality in OBIEE? I don't know how Event Trigger works in OBIEE, could you please share the workflow in the form of video or picture? Also, what do you mean that single transaction check box for the datasource in SSRS? Thank you.
