Convert text mm:ss to Time hh:mm:ss

I have a column i would like to convert from text mm:ss to Time hh:mm:ss

E.g                               

  (Curent)Text            Time                        

09:50                      00:09:50    

15:17                       00:15:17

You can also do this in Power Query with a new column:

Text.Combine
(
    {
        Text.PadStart ("00:",1) , 
        Text.From([Text])
    }
)

Have you tried CombineValues / TimeValue ?

CombineValues("00:",Text) = This will remain as text

TimeValue(text) = will convert text to Time
