Convert string into date

I have a column (KICKOFF) that needs to be converted into date. It's obviously in YYYYMM sequence but I can't seem to convert it into a date format (preferably MM/YYYY).

Hi @Anonymous ,

Go to Power Query, split the column by character as in pic. Change the column order, make sure the cols are of type text, the create new col as in last picture.

Let me know if you have any questions.

If this solves your issues, please mark it as the solution, so that others can find it easily. Kudos are nice too.
