Convert excel formula IF + LARGE to POWER BI

Dear All,

How can i convert following excel formula into power bi:

=IF(F3=F2;LARGE(IF($F$2:$F$8000=F3;IF($BF$2:$BF$8000<R2;$BF$2:$BF$8000));1);LARGE(IF($F$2:$F$8000=F3;$BF$2:$BF$8000);K3))

where

K3 = CONT.SE($F$2:F3;F3)

$F$2:$F$8000 = Product model

$BF$2:$BF$8000 = Width
