Convert a list containing records (which contain other records) into a table

I have a list containing records like this:

Inside each record, there are texts and other records like this:

I tried to select the parent list and choose To Table and got this error.

Expression.Error: We cannot convert a value of type Record to type Text.
Details:
    Value=[Record]
    Type=[Type]

I already read Converting JSON data into PowerBI table and

But I believe my issue is not relevant because there are more records inside each record.
