I need to export this Excel table to Power BI, automatically identifying the Levels of each group.
Each group has different levels u know?
I know how to do it group by group, level by level in Power BI, but man, this is not optimal at all, for dozens of groups and thousands of rows etc.

Based on your description, when you import data from excel into power bi, you can create a table visual and set field formatting to make it look like the original excel table.
If you want to achieve it in query editor, I'm afraid you cannot do that currently.
